  • We reserve the right to cancel an order. In case this happens We'll notify you by e-mail.


  • Items will be shipped from Antwerp-BE
  • We use BPost for orders that needs to be delivered in Europe and EMS for international orders
  • Please allow up to 3 days for your order to ship
  • We'll provide you a tracking number when the items are shipped
  • We processes orders during workdays, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day


  • All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Items that has been worn or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange
  • Returns and exchanges will be only accepted within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date
  • Refunds will not be processed until your returned item arrives at our office in Seoul and have been checked
  • All returns packages should be insured. There will be no refunds on items damaged in shipping
  • We currently do not reimburse shipping costs
  • Your account will be refunded within 3–10 days of receipt of your item
